We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, or unforeseen delays may occur. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we offer a 90-day return policy and refunds under certain conditions, as outlined below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

You may return your Starlink kit within 90 days of receiving it if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
  • You have experienced an unexpected delivery delay exceeding 30 days, though we strive for timely shipping.
  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

All returned items must be in original condition, including the packaging, accessories, and all included components.

2. Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The returned product is received in its original condition and has been inspected.
  • The delivery time exceeded 30 days, and you no longer want the product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective, and a replacement is not preferred.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Schedule Collection – We will arrange a pickup within 48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  3. Prepare Your Package – Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.
  4. Return Confirmation & Refund – Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.
4. Collection & Pickup

For your convenience, SkyLinked will arrange for the return to be collected from your address. We typically collect returns within 48 hours of the request, except on:

  • Weekends (collections resume the next business day).
  • Public holidays (collection scheduled for the following working day).

You do not need to visit a courier office or ship the item yourself—we handle everything for you.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can send a replacement unit after receiving your returned product. Let us know your preference when initiating the return.
