To ensure a hassle-free experience, we offer a 90-day return policy and refunds under certain conditions, as outlined below.
1. Returns & Eligibility
You may return your Starlink kit within 90 days of receiving it if:
- You are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
- You have experienced an unexpected delivery delay exceeding 30 days, though we strive for timely shipping.
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
All returned items must be in original condition, including the packaging, accessories, and all included components.
2. Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:
- The returned product is received in its original condition and has been inspected.
- The delivery time exceeded 30 days, and you no longer want the product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective, and a replacement is not preferred.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Collection & Pickup
For your convenience, SkyLinked will arrange for the return to be collected from your address. We typically collect returns within 48 hours of the request, except on:
- Weekends (collections resume the next business day).
- Public holidays (collection scheduled for the following working day).
You do not need to visit a courier office or ship the item yourself—we handle everything for you.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
